Returns & Exchanges
- We do not accept exchanges at this time.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the delivered date.
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
- Merchandise must have all tags.
- All returns must be shipped back within 14 days after the approval of the return authorization.
- Any merchandise marked "Sale" cannot be returned.
- All swimwear returns must have hygiene liners still intact.
- Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- All returns must include return authorization number.
- If returned merchandises do not qualify for the policy, 50% of merchandise value will be deducted as restocking fee.
U.S. Domestic Returns
Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $7, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- All return shipping charges are paid by the customers.
- You may choose any shipping carrier to ship back to us.
- Please email us to obtain your RA number. (Please include a reason for the return as well).
- Please mark the box as following.
At the moment, we do not accept any international returns due to the complexity of custom clearance, taxes and refund.
Refunds and Processing
- Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.cielo.clothing
- Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
- Please treat Store Credit like cash.
- Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected "Store Credit" as the refund method.
- Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store.
- Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
- Store credit never expires.
- Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
