  • We do not accept exchanges at this time.

    Return Policy

    • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the delivered date.
    • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
    • Merchandise must have all tags.
    • All returns must be shipped back within 14 days after the approval of the return authorization.
    • Any merchandise marked "Sale" cannot be returned.
    • All swimwear returns must have hygiene liners still intact.
    • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
    • All returns must include return authorization number.
    • If returned merchandises do not qualify for the policy, 50% of merchandise value will be deducted as restocking fee.

    U.S. Domestic Returns

    Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $7, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    • All return shipping charges are paid by the customers.
    • You may choose any shipping carrier to ship back to us.
    • Please email us to obtain your RA number. (Please include a reason for the return as well).

      International Returns

      At the moment, we do not accept any international returns due to the complexity of custom clearance, taxes and refund.

      Refunds and Processing

      • Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return.
      • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

      Store Credit

      • Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.cielo.clothing
      • Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
      • Please treat Store Credit like cash.
      • Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected "Store Credit" as the refund method.
      • Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store.
      • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
      • Store credit never expires.
      • Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
      • Your use of the Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms of Use.
