Return Policy

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags.
  • Merchandise must be in the original packaging.
  • Any merchandise marked "Sale" cannot be returned.
  • Hair accessories, hats, opened makeup, earrings, ear cuffs, underwear and bodysuits cannot be returned.
  • All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels. 
  • All swimwear returns must have hygiene liners still intact.

U.S. Domestic Returns

Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of 3% of the returned value which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • All return shipping charges are paid by the customers.
  • You may choose any shipping carrier to ship back to us.
  • Please email us to obtain RA number including your reason of return as well.

International Returns

No International Returns available for wholesale purchases.

Refunds and Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Store Credit

  • Store Credit can only be used online at our website,
  • Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • Please treat Store Credit like cash.
  • Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected "Store Credit" as the refund method.
  • Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store.
  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
  • Store credit never expires.
  • Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
  • Your use of the Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms of Use.
