Cielo 1985, Inc., requires all retailers' seller permit number, business licenses, IRS tax number, any additional information. Please be advised that all submitted documents must match exactly to your business name and addresses.

I Do Not Want Any Declared Value Insurance on My Shipment.

I Want to Change or Cancel My Order.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 1-2 hours, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
I Get An Error Message When I Enter My Shipping And Billing Addresses. What’s Going On?
